They sit eagerly ready to eat; Jack be my guest and take the first bite I'm dying to see your reaction... the meat looks different, so Jack digs into the aerated fruit first taking two bites and swallows... takes another bite and begins to choke, Hannibal waits a moment before getting up taking in the glory of what is happening before his eyes. Hannibal gets up and saves Jack from choking to death. As Hannibal presents the thigh he warns Jack; the meat is aged, but disciplined fast and held by string, it's thigh Jack, he says knowing Jack hates thigh, wouldn't it be grand if Jack were to only love human thigh. Jack dispises thigh of any kind, but decided to try it anyway as the presentation is exquisite. Jack gags and spits the human thigh onto the embroidered table cloth; infuriating Hannibal and alarming him that Jack may have found something was awry with the meat and the 'jig' was up . As Jack reaches to grab the wine to cleanse his pallette, Hannibal grabs a large carving knife and stabs Jack's forearm. Will arrives, drenched from the afternoon rain with little to no appetite, anxious for the therapy session promised. Hannibal takes Will's overcoat and places it on the coat hanger then leads Will to the office. Will tells Hannibal "Hey, im going to have to skip dinner tonight I have no appetite and am quite anxious for this session". Hannibal, furious, politely accepts Will's decline of dinner and proceedes to the office.He prepares the menu for the night: vegetables, pig tongue and loin. He finds a prolific serial killer in the baltimore area named Toby, a violinist and teacher, part-time serial killer. Hannibal arrives at Tobys home and place of work dressed in an all placstic suit he picks the basement door lock and enters quietly, Toby is alone playing violin beautifully in the living/ work area. Hannibal appraoches Toby with a thin bow string custom-made to slice... strangling Toby with the bow string, Toby dies and Hannibal dismembers the body in Toby's own bathroom, then exiting the same way he entered; Hannibal has acquired the [[meat|cuisine Jack]] to feed Jack Crawford.
